Professional Code of Practice for the Professionals Statutory Information (§ 5 TMG)

The professionals of the firms which provide counselling under the brandname “Conscienta Dienstleistungen” are all members in the appropriate professional chambers, be it as auditors, tax consultants, sworn auditors, lawyers and/or notaries, and they are all permitted in Germany. They are subject to the relevant professional codes of practice.

The tax consultants are members of the “Steuerberaterkammer Hessen” and have been permitted by the “Finanzministerium Hessen” or the “Steuerberatungskammer Hessen”. The profession of a tax consultant is essentially subject to the following legal regulations:

• Steuerberatungsgesetz (StBerG) (German Act on Tax Consulting)
• Durchführungsverordnung zum Steuerberatungsgesetz (DVStB) (Ordinance for the implementation of the tax consultancy law)
• Steuerberatergebührenverordnung (StBGebV) (Tax Consultancy Fee Ordinance)
• Berufsordnung (BOStB)(Professional Code of Conduct)

The lawyers are members of the “Anwaltskammer Frankfurt“ and permitted by the “Anwaltskammer Frankfurt”. The legal profession of lawyers is essentially subject to the following legal regulations:

The Notaries are members of the “Notarenkammer Frankfurt“ (notary chamber), are permitted by the Ministry of Justice in Hesse and are subject to the supervision of the president of the District Court of Darmstadt. The profession of notaries is essentially subject to the following legal regulations:

• Berufssatzung für Wirtschaftsprüfer/vBP (BS WP/vBP) (Professional Regulations for Auditors)
